I realize it’s been a while since I’ve discussed my regime on managing diabetes. I definitely use, and will always use, my E-K-G (Eat healthy, Know your numbers, and Get off the couch) to manage my health. But I also integrate wheatgrass juice and cinnamon into my health care routine, so in this episode I talk on it all. In addition, I bring you along on my first bike ride of the season and you get a chance to see if I can fix sumthin’ to eat without a “recipe.”
Although my illness is type 2 diabetes, don’t forget the things I do can actually apply to anyone wanting a healthier lifestyle.
