This week’s vlog I address the elephant in the room, why I named my vlog Saving My Foot, actually I get asked this question quite often. I get off the couch to rake leaves, and made something to eat, seared scallops over spaghetti squash (with bacon), by following a recipe from CrossFitBrit and instructions from Delightful and Delicious.
