Those were just a few of the comments I got from my family and friends while I was on an unplanned, unscheduled hiatus… Thank God all is fine, I just got lazy during the holidays (I know the holidays were 3 months ago, what can I say) about writing. That’s right, your email and computer is fine I haven’t updated my blog in a loooooong time. My diabetes is still in check, and you can take control of your high cholesterol, just like I took control of my diabetes.
What they say is true, during the winter the body has a natural tendency to hibernate, well, that’s what I told myself. That’s my story, and I’m sticking with it!! I have gained about 3 lbs since the holidays but I hope to have them off, plus ten more by the end of May. My morning gl is still under 100 for most mornings, give or take 10gls.
I’ve thawed now and I’m back in the blog-o-sphere. I didn’t realize in the short period of time that I was blogging, that I had touched a few of my friends lives and my family and friends were concerned about my well-being. My healthcare team has gotten me back on track. The Mack is back, and back on the blogging trail…
